With more than fifteen years experience, DJ Naps has proven to be one of the best party rocking, open-format, turntablist style DJ’s throughout New York. When behind the turntables, Naps brings a high energy mix to energize any crowd with his unique style of scratching, seamlessly blending and creative mixing of all genres from hip hop, classic rock, dance and electronic music.

Naps was introduced to many types of music at an early age and has been exploring and enjoying the art form ever since. He has taken his exposure to all of these different genres of music and has turned his love into a passion… consistently striving to be better and taking his talent to the next level. Naps has the ability to read the energy of the crowd and will mix the music in a way that captures everyone’s attention, knowing what to play next and creating the perfect atmosphere whether DJ'ing an opening or headlining set.

Naps has worked with world renown artists and DJ’s including DJ Hollywood (Celebrity DJ), DJ Nu-Mark (Jurassic 5), Svet-The Hip Hop Violinist (America’s Got Talent), Madeline Stuart (Model), Jason Kennedy (E! News), and is part of the NYAC DJ Turntablist Crew.

- Production Assistant for the Recording Studios at Linden Oaks

Residences Naps has maintained many monthly club residencies since 2004 and currently holds a monthly residency at PEARL & Vinyl Nightclub (Rochester, NY). DJ Naps is also one of the most well known and highly sought after DJ's for weddings and corporate events throughout the Upstate NY area.
